Ciela takes some getting used to. You won't meet a friendlier, more genuinely happy person, but she's also rather sarcastic. Once you get past her tendency to insult people, you've got her for life. She protects her friends, no matter what happens; if she has to take a bullet or unleash the full power of her Semblance, she won't think twice.

Ciela is such a naturally happy person its hard for her to not make friends, really. Anything beyond that takes some doing, though. She can be pretty acerbic to her friends, so you just have to deal with her being kind of a sarcastic jerk if you wanna be really good friends with her. And she'll protect her friends with every ounce of her strength, even if it kills her.

Ciela of course doesn't have much love for the Grimm; after all, they took her brother and almost took a friend. But what she truly can't stand, is anyone or anything that hurts one of her friends. Hurting one of Ciela's friends is a fantastic way to get her to rather literally go nuclear, so have an exit strategy beforehand.
