Haru is 5’ 9” tall, weighing about 150 pounds. Being a Faunus has given him a white and black tail, reaching only inches off the ground. Haru’s noticeable Faunus features also consist of a pair of black stripes stretching from his eyes to his nose, as well as a pair of noticeably bright blue eyes. For clothing, Haru wears a pair of white, gray, or black sweatpants and a loose, long sleeved white shirt that covers the base of his tail. When possible, he often walks around without a shirt on.

Haru was born into a middle-class family. Both of his parents were Faunus who had tried to become Hunters, but sadly were not quite good enough to make the cut. Still wanting to make the world a better place with their skills in combat, they instead decided to open up a gym to teach self-defense to the citizens of Legion. Throughout the years, they taught hundreds of people, but none would be better than their own son. Haru, who seemed to be a natural at fighting, was forced to train day and night to become the best. His parents taught him a plethora of hand-to-hand combat types, his favorite and most promising being kickboxing. Turning 10, his parents gave him the opportunity to take up a melee weapon. Loving the look and feel of a scythe, he turned to that as his very first choice and the reason why was soon discovered. It seemed as though the scythe was made for him. Even though he stood only half a foot shorter than the weapon itself, he somehow found a way to manage the weapon. As Haru grew up and outsized the scythe, his talents really came to light, eventually being able to move the weapon with fluidity others weren't able to.
Haru himself grew to love the scythe. He would wake up and leave the dojo out to visit a beach. Here, he would practice his movements for hours before returning to spar, often times he would face the best his parents had to offer. Soon he was able to wipe the floor with them, eventually having to switch to facing his own parents. and When he was only 14, he provided his parents a challenge with his given weapon. Training one day on the beach as normal, the sun just beginning to rise, was where Haru found his real power. Finishing a movement in brilliant fashion, he could see a release of what seemed to be ice from his blade on the finishing blow. As he told his parents, they knew what it had to be. They then sent him to an old scholar who knew more about Semblances than themselves.
Haru traveled to the scholar, who taught him to harness his power and - as Haru neared 16 - he had been able to fully develop his Semblance. Eventually, he was able to use it whenever he wished, given he had the energy to sustain it. Haru still had a year left before high school and he asked the scholar about Dust casting, something Haru found in one of the scholar's books. The scholar then told and taught Haru how to use Dust for desired effects, teaching Haru to create windstorms, and heighten his speed, and more. Sadly, Haru only learned about the power of air in his time with the scholar before he was sent off to Vytal Academy to train, and become a Hunter.

WEAPONS
Fell
Haru uses a scythe by the name of fell that he’s had since a child. Using the momentum and speed of the weapon to continue relentless assaults, due to the shape it is able to slide off foes blocks and continue with all the momentum until the defender falters. The weapon is lacking in defensive purposes due to the reach and size its hard to maneuver against smaller weapons capable of changing direction. This leads to Haru tending to keep his distance. If Haru does go on the defensive with his scythe he tries to use the handle to block like a staff and uses the blade rarely to hook and disarm or counter. If an opponent's offense is too close and strong Haru is able to change his scythe, the blade rotating and collapsing into the handle, and the bottom half splitting from the top half into two strong metal bars, allowing for easier movements. Throughout the handle is four separate buttons, upon pressing the button will activate a hidden crystal inside of the handle.
The height of the weapon stretches out to just 5 feet but has been adapted to change length, a twist near the bottom of the blade acts as the system to push out an extra foot of metal to lengthen the handle. The blade begins 7 inches from the top, arcing and getting smaller to a pointy tip like a normal scythe, but the blade spans about 2 1/2 feet instead of the usual 2. The blade on the inside has serrated edges for easier hooking and disarming as well as a better sawing motion for certain reasons. The other side of the blade is just like a normal scythe, near the beginning of the blade at the widest part is a large hole spanning about 5 inches of the 6 inch width, generally used as backup defensive mechanism to catch sword tips and disarm an opponent.
Air shard- throws shards of force that act as an ice shard, but unbroken by other materials, pierces like a spear. Choose number on cast x2 Ap, each shard is a 1/5 of a liquid charge
Wind wall - throws up a large wall of air that when an object hits, the object (if loose like a an arrow) falls to the ground. Otherwise simply pushes back with equal force pushed into it stopping the object. 1 air liquid dust charge, 4 Ap per 10 feet lasts 20 seconds
Create fog – creates a heavy fog that blocks vision from all except Haru (unless counter in some way). 15 foot diameter 5 Ap dissipates slowly after 2 minutes 1 liquid charge
Hurricane – creates insane forced winds. 125mph lasts 30 seconds for 20 Ap in a 10 foot radius, 3 liquid charges
Wind manipulation – able to change the force or direction of a flying object max of 200 lbs. for 4 Ap and a liquid charge
Cyclone – creates a tornado like object sucking objects into the middle of a set location 10 foot in diameter lifting people into its middle dropping them when disappearing after 10 seconds, 100mph winds can toss people a couple yards and can pull a roof off. 7Ap and a liquid charge
Wind sprint – doubles Haru's reaction time and his movement speed for 5 Ap a minute 1/5 liquid charge a minute
Air force- simple air spell that throws air out with incredible force able to knock back an object less than 300 lbs. for 8 AP 2 liquid charges
Cloud summon – summons a small cloud only Haru can stand on acting as a flying nimbus cloud. Cost 8 Ap a minute with a maximum height of 20 feet. And can only be used outside of combat, when combat is started or someone become aggressive towards Haru the cloud immediately takes Haru down to a safe height before disappearing. 1/5 charge a minute
Aside from Fell and dust casting Haru is rather skilled in hand to hand combat, particularly kick boxing as he is able to fit kicks into his combos with his scythe, but he also has bits of knowledge in a large array of other hand to hand combat types from what his parents had taught him at a young age. But kick boxing was his only real interest leading to the rest of the knowledge purely before for defensive purposes.

A white aura encompasses Haru, flowing in the direction that the wind itself is. When passing by Haru you are given a sense of it being slightly colder than it truly is. Along with the white look of the aura it can also be seen to change to a slightly blue/silver color when Haru is overwhelmed/overworked therefore releasing a more noticeable color. Defensive enhancement 5 Ap per use.
Ice Enchant
To create the effect Haru’s eyes will glow a brighter blue than normal as his hand begins to glow as well, running his hand across the blade of his scythe enchants it in a coated ice allowing Haru too produce ice out of the scythe, shooting ice in the shape of the scythes blade but much sharper and harder. Haru’s eyes can be seen lighting up for a quick second as he forms a blade of ice and sending to his enemy. Haru can manage 3 blades out of one ice dust powder. Each blade also costs 2 Ap to use.
The ice blade itself has been known too cut through metal after a handful of hits and is able to cut cleanly through a human or android body. With added aura Haru is able to enchant the attacks making them stronger in certain ways.
Note there is no pause in this as Haru is slicing with his scythe ,enabling for an ice blade strike immediately followed by the scythe, etc.

- +2 Ap - Once the blade makes contact with the object, it will continue to push for a second before shattering normally.
- +3 Ap - On contact the ice will shatter, Sending 2 shards of the ice forwards attempting to penetrate the opponents guard
- +4 Ap - This allows a delay on the blade, essentially after Haru's eyes light up signaling the use, the blade will hover for a short second before splitting in two and attacking normally.
Note there is no pause in this as Haru is slicing with his scythe ,enabling for an ice blade strike immediately followed by the scythe, etc.
