Vytal Academy. A place that Shani had not set foot in for many years. It was admittedly nice to be back to a place she still could tread from memory, especially with the experiences she had outside of the walls of this illustrious school. Sure, she had some bad memories associated with this place. But who didn't have a few bad memories coming from their teenage years? For Shani, this was the place where her ambition to become a huntress was realized. She had wandered through most of the school itself, having been originally called here for a practical demonstration on Aura for the underclassmen, along with a practical demonstration of weaponry for the older students.

It wasn't too draining, and it was in the name of paying off a favor to an old acquaintance that she had owed. Of course, a lot of the excitement stemming from coming back to what she considered her old stomping grounds had to do with that she could potentially meet and give advice to the next generation of Huntsman and Huntresses. Of course, for now that was being ignored. She was sitting underneath a pretty big tree that had grown in the courtyard. It was a nice resting place if she was being honest.

It was something that was legitimately new compared to when she was in the academy. When she was a student still, this was a tree that had only recently been planted. Now it was a massive source of shade. How long had it been? Five, maybe Ten years? Something about the passage of time was less slow..more rapid. She didn't really like not knowing how long it had been since she herself was a student, but for now, she was going to rest before going to her next bit of guest work for the day. This was what she was doing with her free time as a huntress. Sometimes she wondered what she was doing with her life.
