If you haven’t been around since its inception, then it’s likely that you’ll end up with questions that just sort of sit there and pick at your mind until they eventually drive you mad. Luckily, most questions can be easily answered by reviewing our Required Reading or Lore forums. Sometimes, however, information that isn’t quite important to the function of the site - but still important for YOU - can get left out. So what do you do? Linger around and wait to see it answered in passing? Hopefully not! I don’t see that working out too well in the hundreds of CBox messages coming in on a daily basis.

So instead, you come here - or the Support Center Chat above the Affiliates.

If you have a question that’s short and to the point, drop it into the shoutbox and tag one of the site staff. If your request is a little longer, you’ll probably want to start a thread here in Support. Like the first option, you’ll want to tag a member of the staff team - which is accompanied by placing an @ symbol followed by their username. The usernames for REMNANTS' three staff members are as follows: admin, kurosashiko, minty. This is all you’d place immediately following the @ symbol, with no spaces in between.

The shoutbox is only for contact with staff, and should never be used for chatting or tagging others in posts!
