Hey there, Community!
Just a short little update this time around, cuz nothing necessarily urgent is happening at the moment. There are, however, a few little bits to go over. There won't be an email either. :3
Firstly, the Vytal Tournament is going along smoothly. Those still in the running have produced some very interesting fights so far, and I feel like I speak for most of us when I say that I look forward to what's to come! With that in mind, I'd like to remind everyone that this is also the Vytal Festival! Feel free to start threads in the Festival Grounds and work yourself towards asking that special someone to accompany you to the Amity Ball. This is an event open to everyone! If need be, we can extend the festival following...
Site Migration! As some of you might be aware, Kuro recently posted a poll detailing the Staff's consideration to move the board to a new host. More information on that can be found in the link provided. It looks like this move will be happening, as the vote is currently unanimous (and high) in favor of migrating.
Tying into that, the site move will essentially function as an implied Activity Check. Those of you that move over to the new site (we all of you do, but that's probably not likely) within a reasonable amount of time will be safe from being canned, while those that do not will lose their Face Claims, titles, etc. as with a normal activity check. Following this move, Activity Checks will be held every three months.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to any of the staff - Minty/Celia, Kuro, and/or myself - and we will do our very best to help out.
