Quinn has a pretty standard appearance with her rather slender body and doesn't stand at a lingering height, only being all of 5 feet 4 inches. She sports a form fitting top with a hard leather style bracer to protect her wrists, but still allow enough movement to fight. It's grey in color, with gold buttons. She wears a red pleated skirt with grey thigh-high stockings and black boots with a short heel, zippers on the inside. Her hair is shoulder length, but black and she's always found carrying around her speciall made daggers, no matter the situation, always stored horizontally at her waist behind her.

Quinn grew uo in a military family. Her father always being stationed in different bases, and her mother a mercenary for hire, often used by the same military force her father had been employed by. Her early childhood life is a blur, though she remembers never staying in the same place for more than a year, even with deployment orders. If her father wasn't around, her mother was and vice versa. It wouldn't be true to say she'd always gotten everything she wanted, but she had a contented childhood, free from general worry and with the added excitement of always seeing a new place she lived a much more interesting life than most children, always having stories to tell when she had to transfer to a new school.
Entering her adolescent life, she was pushed into learning martial combat from her parents. They said it was so she could defend herself if ever found in a situation she otherwise couldn't handle, but as she grew, she became increasingly more aware of the way the world worked. Her father's military job, her mother always gone on missions untold with her mercenary work. They were small pieces that pointed to the constant struggle with the Grimm. Not to mention any criminals that decided to stir up more trouble. Since the age of 12, she had always found herself practicing some form of combat, but she grew fond of the double dagger. She grew fond of being able to move while still being able to strike out with not one, but two weapons. Upon entering her 13th year, she was taken out of school to be homeschooled. Her father had been deployed, so Quinn and her mother took to staying in areas where she had mercenary work to do. Though Quinn didn't mind, she still had to take precautions when leaving wherever they were staying, and finding places to practice her combat techniques where there weren't any monsters or light foot traffic. This continued for years until the two of them had gotten news that Quinn's father had fallen on the battlefield. There would be no body, as it had been devoured by the Grimm. Quinn sat down with her mother and they discussed sending Quinn to an Academy to learn from professional Hunters and Huntresses. All she could do is nod her head. She wanted revenge on the Grimm, so they sent in the application. Upon hearing news of Quinn's acceptance, they went out as a sort of celebration. Her mother had taken her to her favorite weaponry shop. A custom metalworks that the family dealt with on the downlow. Quinn was allowed to commission her own blades. That is where the story begins. Where her destiny begins to unfold. She's still young, but the Academy is the best place for her.

WEAPONS
Quinn's weapons of choice are custom made dual long daggers which she carries in a specially made sheath horizontally positioned at her waist behind her back. They're made out of black cold steel, the sharp blade going from tip, down past the hilt and extending slightly past the butt of the dagger where she'd added an extra edge. The handles are made much the same as the handle of a scissor handle, with a nylon and silk woven wrap, dark blue in color with white leather underneath. Impacts made with the weapons charge a small internal system connected to the blade of the daggers which, after 5 consecutive hits will discharge, electrically charging the blade with enough volts to arc to each weapon should they be close enough together at the time of discharge. Offensively, the charge can be used to stun and incapacitate foes for a short time. The system was created to use DUST to charge and discharge the system in which the DUST is stored in the handle of the daggers and must be refilled after each discharge in order to be able to charge the weapon again, though Quinn doesn't completely understand the workings of it. She had only commissioned the blades, she did not make them herself.

Quinn commonly carries around 4 vials of extra DUST to recharge her weapons when she's got the time.
Quinn's AURA is a light blue in color with no discernible scent attached to it. When enhanced to the point of sight, people have reported being afraid and becoming cautious to the pressure her AURA produced. Quinn's AURA ABILITY for Offensive Enhancement allows her to sharpen her blade past that of the normal, cutting at a near-cellular level, but not enhancing the DUST effects given by the internal systems in her weapons.
(Note: Cutting at a cellular level has been observed by obsidian blades. They cut between cells, instead of the usual tearing that occurs when one cuts using a regular metal knife. Reference material.)
BLINDING SPEED
Quinn's semblance is due to her unfortunate childhood. Always being pushed to move and progress, whether it be in schooling, or comba she had always been pushed to achieve more. Being in a military family, she had always been moving, never staying in one place long enough to fully grasp the concept of a slow and calm life. Her semblance is attributed to that, giving her bursts of speed to dash around her target at a pace that nearly competes with the speed of sound. This is a very temporary burst of speed and can only last for 10 seconds and expends 65% of her Aura points. Her AURA darkens to a dark blue, near black and instills a lingering sense of fear and hostility in her targets, almost as if to force them to lash out angrily.
